This was a very interesting combination of genre's and ideas for me. I wanted to make the queen look regal and very graceful while still reinforcing the idea of scifi technology integrated into her dress and scepter. Some of my best ideas I find come from this practice of combining elements of one with another's aspect eg: medieval queen and space ruler.
